August and Beginning of September

We have been super busy with lots of fun stuff with Sam.  He is now 10 1/2 months.  I can not believe it.  When people tell you is goes so fast, they are not lying.  It really really does.  And I am enjoying every moment of it I can!  Here are some neat things we have been up to this month!!

He only wants to eat food that he can pickup, refusing the spoon most of the time now. 

Things he likes to eat: peas, pasta, cherrios, turkey, chicken, yogurt, hummus, just about anything you put in front of him!! Most of the time even if he makes a silly face he will keep eating. Oh and he loves sucking out of the pouches and holding it by himself.

8/30/2012 - Last week one of my dear friends from Stroller Strides invited several of us over for a Sensory play date!!  Thanks Chelsea, it was so much fun.  The moms were to bring something that stimulated the children's 5 senses.  Great idea!! So glad to have met these women!

We also went to the Dallas Aquarium this last weekend!! 9/01/2012

I had to add these, they were just too cute!  He learned where his nose is and how to pick it while waiting for the elevator.
